What are your vaccination requirements?

For dogs to enter the premise, they must be fully vaccinated to C5 level.

This is pre-vaccination against distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough (parainfluenza (Type II) virus and Bordetella bronchiseptica) and parvovirus is required.

Puppies welcome from 12 weeks with all three vaccinations.

Does my dog need to be desexed?

Yes, they do. Your dog must be neutered or spayed (if over the age of 12 months).

Can you give my pet their medicine?

Absolutely! You will need to complete a Medicinal Authorisation Form online with specific written dosage instructions, and agreeing to our T&C’s.

How do I enrol my dog for doggy daycare?

Simply fill out the enrolment form, with your details and we’ll book your dog in for their 30 minute temperament test. Temperament tests are generally held in the morning between 7.30am-9am.If you furry friend pass the test - they will stay for the day to see how well they play in daycare environment!

Please bring your dog along on a secure lead, as well as their up-to-date vaccination certificate on the day (just a screenshot on your phone will do)!

What is temperament testing?

Not every single dog is suitable for daycare due to their past experience and nature, hence a full assessment of their temperament is required before we accept them.

During the assessment, we pay attention to their body language to assess how comfortable they are, and how they might respond to other dogs. From there, we’ll begin the process of meeting the staff and integrating them with other dogs if we deem it suitable. Throughout the assessment, we are noting the change in behaviour, their interactions with other dogs and how they are responding to the environment.

What happens after the temperament testing?

Our staff will give you very honest feedback on how your dog went during the test.

If we believe your dog is suited to the daycare environment, you are most welcome to Join our Pack! Otherwise, no stress - as there are alternative pet services we can recommend.

Happy to join Bones & Harmony - but how do I know which option is best for my furry friend?

Casual Visit

This is best for customers who visit only occasionally and are happy to just pay at the Casual Rate.

pawSome membership

Our Paw-Some Membership is the most cost effective option if you want your furry friend to come to doggy daycare at least once a week.

You choose how many days you want your dog to attend, and pay a discounted weekly amount, via weekly direct debit.

You can cancel your membership at any time however if the membership has been active for less then 3 months there is a $39.50 cancellation fee. You pause the membership for a week or more, for up to 10 weeks per year.

If you want to visit an extra day or two that week, you just make an extra payment based on your membership’s discounted daily rate.
And if you miss one of your weekly days, we’ll give you 4 weeks to make it up!

Daycare Passes

Daycare passes are best for repeat customers whose attendance isn’t necessarily very predictable. You get the benefit of the discounted daycare rate, versus paying at the higher casual rate. You can be entirely flexible about when you want to bring your furry friend into doggy daycare. All passes have a ONE year expiry.
